Building Information Modelling underlies Woodfine's approach to property procurement, development, and long-term asset management.
The Woodfine BIM Library holds structured digital models for real property assets across the portfolio — each model representing the physical and functional characteristics of a building as it was designed, as it was built, and as it is maintained.
BIM serves as the authoritative record for a property throughout its lifecycle. During procurement, it informs due diligence on structural condition, MEP systems, and capital requirements. During development, it coordinates design, construction, and cost management across disciplines. During operations, it supports preventive maintenance scheduling, space planning, and compliance documentation.
What the library contains
Models are organized by asset, discipline, and lifecycle stage. Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models are maintained at the level of detail appropriate to the asset's current phase. Linked data includes specifications, warranties, inspection records, and regulatory submissions where applicable.
Access to the BIM Library is restricted to Woodfine personnel and appointed advisors. Engagement inquiries may be directed to the contact listed below.
